OUTDOOR PLAY AREA

Compass Playgroup has a great outdoor play area, where the children play on trikes and scooters on a daily basis. It is a secure gated area with fantastic new toys, an activity train, a playhouse and slide and a sand pit.  We also have a mud kitchen which the children love - don't worry, we put them in overalls and wellies to protect their clothes - it's all part of the fun.

We aim to get the children outside every day, weather permitting. On warmer days, we serve snacks and have stories and songs outside. We also encourage the children to plant and care for our flowers and plants.
